A lawn insecticide treatment our technician sprays every month, for St. Augustine and Zoysia lawns and the bushes around them. It handles chinch bugs, billbugs, weeds, fungus and whiteflies. It’s a treatment, not mowing or landscaping.

What’s included every month

    Sprayed every month for chinch bugs and billbugs, the usual suspects behind yellow and brown patches in St. Augustine and Zoysia.

    We treat only the problem areas, not your whole yard.

    We protect and treat the lawn against common fungus and disease.

  • Whiteflies, fleas and ticks

    Whitefly treatment for viburnums and bushes, plus fleas and ticks in the yard.

    On the first visit we measure your lawn and give you your monthly price, between $50 and $85.

  3. Monthly treatments, billed monthly

    We come every month to treat your lawn, and you’re billed monthly. No contract.

How is the monthly price decided?

By the size of your lawn. We measure it on the first visit, and the price falls between $50 and $85 a month.

Do you mow or do landscaping?

No. Our lawn service is a monthly treatment: a lawn insecticide our technician sprays, plus weed spot-treatment and fungus control. We don’t mow, trim or landscape.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly lawn care has no contract.

Why does my St. Augustine have brown patches?

Chinch bugs are a common cause in Florida, especially in sunny, dry spots, but fungus and watering can cause patches too. We’ll take a look and treat the cause.
